Hiring for Senior Accountant & General Ledger Job Summary: We're hiring for a Senior Accountant & General Ledger with 3-5 years of experience in Hyderabad, to manage general ledger and financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. General Ledger Accounting: Prepare and review complex journal entries, manage GL accounts, and lead financial close processes. 2. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare internal financial statements, analyze GL data, and support audit processes. 3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline GL and reporting processes. Required Skills: 1. U.S. GAAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial close procedures. 2. ERP Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Workday. 3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Details: 1. Location: Hyderabad. 2. Experience: 3-5 years. 3. CTC: Up to 12 LPA. 4.
