Job Description

The Audit Lead will serve as the POC of our in-house legal Department based primarily in Pune, India. The Lead Audit will be responsible for the smooth functioning of Audits in the Company at every Client and Every department. Responsibilities: · Lead a unified enterprise audit function to protect against risk, boost efficiency, and keep every unit certification ready. Set and execute an end-to-end audit strategy spanning people, processes, tech, infrastructure, legal, and security. · Keep all audits aligned with global standards Audits for various certifications pertaining to Technology, Healthcare and aligned Industries. · Advise leadership and the board as the authority on risk and control effectiveness. · Enforce contract, MSA, SOW, NDA, and client-specific security and data-residency requirements. · Maintain full client audit histories, certification alignments, and timely feedback resolution. · Oversee enterprise audits across operations, IT/cyber, finance, legal, HR, physical security, vendors, projects, BCP, ethics, and ESG. · Run a risk-based audit plan supported by a heatmap and an AI-enabled command centre. · Audit IT, InfoSec, HR, Finance, Sales, and Procurement departments for control strength and policy adherence. · Manage vendor due diligence, SLA enforcement, and risk scoring. · Serve as the single point of contact for client and third-party audits and produce gap reports. · Lead readiness and renewal for ISO 27001/9001/22301, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, DPDP, and SOX certifications. · Drive real-time risk assessments, CAPA tracking, and executive dashboard reporting. · Foster an audit-aware culture via quarterly campaigns, phishing drills, and departmental audit champions Qualifications: · MBA, CA, B. TECH or Law Degree (LLB) from a top-tier university with a strong academic record; and certification in Corporate secretarial or post-graduation in labour law is preferable. · 5+ years of relevant experience working for a multinational company along with supporting a global Audit Department. · In-depth knowledge of Audit. · Holding deep expertise in the IP laws of India is an added advantage. · Strong team management skills. · Strong English fluency – both spoken and written.
