Job Description

Job Title: Growth Partner – Sales / B2B Associate Location : On-site, BTM Layout, Bangalore Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome) CTC: ₹3 LPA Fixed + Variable Incentives About KodNest: KodNest is a tech-enabled talent transformation company dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment. We empower students through training and provide placement opportunities by partnering with 1000+ IT companies. We are expanding our team to strengthen both student acquisition and placement operations. Based on interview performance, selected candidates will be aligned to one of the following roles: 1. Growth Partner – Student Enrolment (B2C Sales) Responsibilities: • Counsel prospective students about KodNest’s training and placement programs • Convert inquiries into enrolments through telephonic, digital, and in-person interactions • Achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records • Handle student queries with professionalism and clarity Requirements: • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Sales-oriented approach with a student-first mindset • Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage 2. Growth Partner – Student Placement (B2B Hiring Partner Acquisition) Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard IT companies as hiring partners • Conduct research to generate and qualify B2B leads • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders • Coordinate between companies and internal placement teams • Maintain documentation and data on placement activity Requirements: • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills • Interest in corporate relationship building and lead generation • Proactive attitude and process ownership • Knowledge of MS Excel and market research is a plus Important Note: Final role assignment (B2C – Student Enrolment or B2B – Student Placement) will be decided based on your performance, skills, and alignment assessed during the interview process.
