The position is located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations and channel sales, providing excellent customer service, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include tele calling, maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and achieving monthly sales targets. The Sales Officer will be an integral part of the sales team and will collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of sales initiatives. Qualifications Customer Service skills Lead Generation and Communication skills Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the services industry is a plus
