As we grow, we're looking for an HR Executive who’s passionate about people and can play a key role in bringing the right talent into our kitchen and field operations. Role: HR Executive – Hospitality & Blue-Collar Hiring What you’ll be doing: End-to-end hiring for blue-collar roles (cooks, kitchen staff, housekeeping, etc.) across cloud kitchen units Handle hospitality hiring for key roles in kitchen and service Coordinate interviews, maintain databases, and track hiring progress Source candidates via field hiring, job portals, agencies, and local networks Conduct initial screening and help onboard candidates smoothly Ensure all documentation is complete – from ID proof to background checks Work closely with the Operations and Culinary teams to forecast manpower needs Support in basic HR admin tasks like attendance and joining formalities What we’re looking for: Prior experience in blue-collar hiring or hospitality sector hiring is a must Strong communication skills (Kannada or Hindi-speaking preferred) Hands-on approach – someone who doesn’t mind stepping out for field hiring or vendor coordination Based in or around Electronic City, Bangalore (or willing to relocate nearby) 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role Why Join Us?
