We are building a strong investor ecosystem and are looking for driven individuals to be part of our core team as we scale. Role Overview: We are hiring for an Operations Associate, a high-impact role working directly with the founding team. This role is not about startup engagement but about building and scaling PedalInvest as a structured investment platform. Your responsibilities will be dynamic and evolve based on your strengths, with key areas of work including: Investor Relations & Engagement – Growing and managing the investor community. Lead Generation & Outreach – Bringing in potential investors and industry experts. Deal Execution & Operations – Supporting investment rounds, deal structuring, and closures. Strategic Growth & Partnerships – Working on initiatives that strengthen PedalInvest’s position. This is a fast-paced, execution-driven role where you will be working closely with the core team to drive growth. What are we looking for: A strong passion for startups, investing, and building communities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with investors and founders. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle diverse tasks. Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution and impact. Previous experience in startups, networking, sales, or investor relations is a plus but not mandatory. Location: Koramangala Compensation: INR 3-5 LPA
