Role Overview: The Project Associate Intern at FluxGen is responsible for overseeing installation and service of water and energy monitoring systems. The role involves regular client interaction, issue resolution, and documentation of field operations. It is ideal for hands-on individuals passionate about clean tech and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: stallation & Commissioning: Physical installation of water data measurement devices and IoT devices Support civil, plumbing, electrical, and electronic works required to integrate hardware seamlessly into existing customer water infrastructure. Aid in the configuration process, ensuring all devices are properly calibrated and communicating with our proprietary software platform. 2.System Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Conduct initial diagnosis for reported device malfunctions Assess device performance through virtual support and on-site inspections. Support corrective actions, which may include minor fixes on existing devices or preparing for device replacements. 3.Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Software Development, Customer Success) to ensure smooth project execution and problem resolution. Coordinate with customers (e.g., plant managers, maintenance teams) to schedule site visits, gather requirements, and provide updates. 4.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all installation activities, commissioning results, diagnostic findings, and corrective actions. 5.Travel & Field Operations: Travel extensively to various customer sites as required to support installation, commissioning, and service activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and customer site regulations. Qualifications: 1.Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Diploma in Electrical & Communications Engineering. (ECE), Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) candidates. 2.Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience. 3.Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical works. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) 4.Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites.
