Create and manage database with contact details for the qualified prospects. Collect market intelligence through secondary research on the target accounts for efficient sales strategy. Create calling, email scripts to effectively deliver the messaging crafted by the sales, marketing teams. Conduct targeted sales calls (cold calling) to gain, validate key customer information, promote services, and achieve appointments for the field sales team. Conduct email campaigns, handle responses, and qualify them into leads. Act as a plug-n-play resource for different campaigns targeting separate services to separate markets. Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Participate in management meetings to provide campaign status reports, share market feedback, and help fine tune the outreach methodology.
