Experience: 4+ Years in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) Industry Education: B.E. — Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) Location : SF.No:378/1B2, Appanaickenpatti Village,Palladam - Cochin Frontier Road,Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore - 641 402, Tamilnadu, Primary Responsibilities: --Customer Quality Management: Act as the primary quality interface for customers from BOM receipt to production readiness and final product dispatch. Address and resolve customer concerns related to product quality, inspection standards, and documentation. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers regarding quality issues, audit findings, and closure actions. --QMS System Management: Serve as Internal Audit In-Charge, responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting internal quality system audits. Lead audit non-conformance (NC) closure activities and track corrective actions to completion. Support external (certification & customer) audits by coordinating documentation and site readiness. --Process Quality Assurance: Monitor in-process quality at various stages including material inspection, SMT, assembly, and final testing. Review and approve process control documents, inspection standards, and test reports. --New Customer Induction & Supplier Evaluation: Manage quality-related requirements during new customer onboarding. Support the preparation and review of supplier evaluation forms and participate in supplier audits when required. --Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update quality documentation such as Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions, PPAP ,APQP and QC records. Prepare monthly quality reports, customer feedback summaries, and audit status reports. Prepare and present monthly QMS Dashboards and Quality KPI reports for Top Management Reviews, highlighting audit performance, NC status, customer complaints, and improvement initiatives. --Soft Skills & Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with customers, internal cross-functional teams, and suppliers. Conduct training and awareness sessions for operators and technicians on quality practices. Required Competencies: Strong knowledge of EMS processes, PCB assembly, testing, and box build. Hands-on experience in handling customer audits, NC closures, and QMS documentation. Familiarity with standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 (added advantage). Ability to independently manage customer interactions and handle quality escalations. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and QMS reporting tools.
