Mentora offers end-to-end career guidance solutions tailored for school students from Grade 9 to Grade 12 , as well as college aspirants. We work closely with schools to integrate counselling into their ecosystem, ensuring students are academically, emotionally, and professionally prepared for the future. Your Role: As a Career Counsellor with Mentora, you will: Conduct and interpret psychometric assessments Guide students on subject and stream selection Help students explore both traditional and emerging careers Advise on college options in India and abroad , including entrance exam readiness Support with college applications , SOPs, essays, LORs, and scholarship planning Conduct 1-on-1 counselling sessions , workshops, and webinars for students and parents Provide regular progress updates and align with school and parent expectations. Who are we looking for? 2+ years of experience in student or career counselling (Grades 8–12 preferred) Certification in counselling, psychology, or career planning (UCLA, BACP, ICCC, etc. preferred) Understanding of both Indian and international education systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfort with both online and offline counselling format.
