This dual-role professional will handle translation of client communications, product documentation, and coordination of projects to ensure seamless delivery of services. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and bilingual individual passionate about client engagement and linguistic excellence. Key Responsibilities Translate contracts, technical documentation, emails, and presentations from English to Spanish and vice versa. Facilitate clear, culturally appropriate communication between internal teams and Spanish-speaking clients. Act as the client’s primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking regions—tracking project progress, escalating issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with project managers, product engineers, and business analysts to align deliverables with client expectations. Maintain confidentiality and linguistic accuracy across all communications and deliverables. Support onboarding and training sessions for Spanish-speaking clients by providing live or written translation. Document client feedback and insights to inform internal strategy and product roadmaps. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English—both written and verbal. Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in Spanish language, translation (e.g., DELE or equivalent) preferred. Experience working in client-facing roles within the technology, SaaS, or professional services industries is a plus. Strong coordination, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage time across multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with CLM systems or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
