About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and hard working Front Office Executive to join our office at the earliest. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience 2-4 years in Front Office/Administrative Roles CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Notice Period: Immediate or within 10 Days Roles and Responsibilities: First Point of Contact – Act as the primary contact for visitors, clients, and callers, setting a professional and welcoming tone for the organization. Visitor Management – Greet and assist visitors, maintain accurate visitor logs, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel. Call Handling – Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and provide relevant information to callers. call and E -mail handling Administrative Support – Perform day-to-day administrative duties including filing, record-keeping, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and accurate data entry. Proficiency in MS Office – Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , with the ability to prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, manage correspondence, and support documentation. Excel Skills – Capable of handling MS Excel tasks such as data entry, formatting, basic formulas, maintaining logs, and generating simple reports or trackers. Reception Area Management – Keep the front desk and reception area neat, organized, and well-stocked with necessary office supplies. Customer Service – Address inquiries professionally, resolve minor issues, and provide a courteous and helpful experience to clients, guests, and staff. Logistics and Coordination – Manage incoming/outgoing deliveries, maintain registers, and support internal communications and coordination. Front Office Oversight – Oversee daily front office operations, coordinate with office staff, and ensure efficient workflow. Office Maintenance Oversight – Monitor cleanliness and order in the office and liaise with housekeeping as required, maintain cleanliness Coordinate with maintenance vendors for any repairs/maintenance in the premises
