International Marketing Manager (US Centric) Company: Cables-Conductors Conglomerate Location: Mumbai, India (with international travel as required) Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives for our Client's Cables & Conductor business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding The Company's international footprint, more particularly in the US, driving brand visibility, and generating demand across key global markets. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global marketing strategies tailored to the electrical & Industrial Cable industry Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in target regions Lead product positioning and launch campaigns across international markets Collaborate with sales, R&D, and production teams to align marketing efforts Manage international trade shows , exhibitions, and B2B networking events Ensure compliance with international regulations and cultural sensitivities Oversee digital marketing and content localization for global audiences Build and maintain relationships with international distributors and EPC clients Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly Prepare marketing budgets , forecasts, and executive reports Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s in Engineering with Master’s degree in Management, 7–12 years of experience in B2B marketing , preferably in the electrical or industrial sector Proven track record in international market development Strong understanding of global trade practices , export documentation, and compliance Excellent communication and cross-cultural negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM tools , digital platforms, and analytics software Willingness to travel internationally Prior experience working with EPC contractors , utilities, and industrial clients Exposure to tendering processes and government contracts Familiarity with conductor and cable manufacturing processes KPIs: ·        Quarterly MarCom calendar published and approved by Week 1 of each quarter. ·        Minimum 80% execution rate of planned activities per quarter.Qualifications Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Social Media Management skills Experience in Market Research and Data Analysis Content Creation and Public Relations skills Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills
