About the Role: As a Marketing Executive in the Founder’s Office, you’ll be the right hand of the founder in driving brand visibility, content strategy, and high-agency communication across digital platforms. You’ll work across multiple verticals—founder brand, agency marketing, stealth launches—and help transform raw ideas into marketable stories. Key Responsibilities: Draft and post content for the founder’s Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. Respond to mentions, DMs, and community engagement threads with speed and context. Schedule posts, plan calendars, and track analytics. Translate founder ideas, voice notes, and calls into sharp copy and content pieces. Repurpose internal talks, newsletters, and campaign ideas into social assets. Help build the founder’s positioning as a thought leader across marketing, tech, and startup spaces. Work cross-functionally with design, content, and social pods to ensure timely execution. Help coordinate campaign support for launches, hiring drives, and events. Own feedback loops and maintain creative consistency. Maintain performance dashboards for founder socials. Highlight growth, post insights, and engagement opportunities weekly.
