Sr. Finishes / Finishing Engineer – High-Rise Residential Project | Mumbai Project: Luxury Residential Development Location: Mumbai Experience: 9+ Years in High-Rise/Hotel Projects Sector: Construction / Interiors / Real Estate Development About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finishes Engineer to lead and manage civil finishing and interior fit-out works at one of Mumbai’s most prestigious high-rise residential projects . The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of finishing standards, execution excellence, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all civil finishing and interior fit-out activities including tiling, painting, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, partitions, etc. Review and coordinate interior designs, working drawings, and material specifications . Prepare and manage project schedules , ensure timely execution as per the master construction plan. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution. Lead budget planning, resource allocation, and material tracking to control costs and minimize wastage. Drive execution as per approved layouts and specifications while ensuring strict quality control standards. Implement safety protocols on-site and ensure all finishing works are carried out under safe conditions. Proactively identify execution risks or design conflicts and provide practical, timely solutions. Ensure seamless coordination between civil and MEP teams for integration of services during finishing stages. Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and update project stakeholders regularly. Required Experience & Skills B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 9 years of experience in handling high-rise residential or premium hotel projects. Strong technical knowledge of modern finishing materials and execution techniques. Proven ability to lead interior/exterior finishing activities across multiple floors. Hands-on experience in vendor and contractor management. Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
