Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager  with hands-on experience in digital sales and marketing , particularly through platforms like Instagram, Alibaba, IndiaMART, and Dollar Business . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international sales strategies, digital product promotion, and B2B client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development Identify and develop new customers for company products. Generate and follow up on sales leads from platforms like Instagram, Alibaba, IndiaMART, Dollar Business , and more. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with customers Ensure smooth coordination with logistics and payment teams. Manage and grow the company’s Instagram business account , creating engaging posts, reels, and stories to drive inbound inquiries. Plan and implement promotional campaigns via Instagram and other relevant social platforms. Respond to inquiries received via social media and convert leads to orders. Online B2B Platform Management Maintain and optimize product listings on Alibaba, IndiaMART, and Dollar Business . Monitor buyer queries and respond with timely, accurate information. Manage customer communications and support throughout the sales cycle. Market Analysis & Reporting Research target domestic markets, pricing trends, and competitor activities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Suggest improvements in strategy based on customer feedback and platform performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree  in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years  of experience in export sales, preferably with digital platform exposure. Strong knowledge of Alibaba, IndiaMART, Dollar Business , and Instagram business tools . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in handling international clients and export documentation is a plus. Proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus. Preferred Skills: Content creation for social media (graphics, captions, hashtags). Familiarity with paid ad campaigns on Instagram or Meta Ads Manager. CRM software experience (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is advantageous. Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
