We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven leader who has successfully built and scaled personal care brands from scratch with a digital-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing the product line, building the GTM strategy, launching across digital platforms, including E-Commerce and achieving revenue and brand growth targets. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Branding Conceptualize, develop, and launch a full range of beauty/wellness products – skincare, haircare, personal hygiene, etc. Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend forecasting. Work with R&D/formulation and packaging partners to ensure high-quality, market-fit products. Develop compelling brand positioning, tone of voice, and communication for the product range. Coordinate with packaging designers and creative agencies to create aesthetically strong and sustainable packaging. Go-to-Market Strategy Create and execute a launch roadmap with pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. Define customer acquisition, product-market fit, pricing, and promotional strategies. Work with marketplace and D2C partners to onboard products across Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Digital Marketing & Growth Drive digital-first growth strategy including performance marketing (Meta, Google), SEO, influencer marketing, email automation, and content marketing. Own the P&L of the product vertical, including sales targets, customer retention, and marketing ROI. Build affiliate and influencer marketing pipelines via Instagram, YouTube, and wellness communities. Leverage social proof and user-generated content (UGC) to build credibility. Team & Vendor Management Build and lead a cross-functional team including brand managers, digital marketers, designers, and supply chain executives. Manage external agencies, manufacturers, fulfillment centers, and logistics partners. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 7–12 years of experience in launching and scaling D2C beauty/wellness brands. Proven success in building brands from scratch with strong digital and e-commerce orientation. Experience in setting up Shopify/own D2C site and managing online marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon). Deep understanding of clean beauty trends, consumer preferences, and market gaps. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and vendor management capabilities. Data-driven, result-oriented, with a growth-hacking mindset. Preferred Background Prior experience at companies like Nykaa, Mamaearth, WOW Skin Science, Plum, Sugar Cosmetics, or similar.
