Company Description Zenmer, a SaaS travel-tech company, is a Agentic AI powered business travel platform that enables corporations, TMCs, suppliers, and tech companies to collaborate under one roof. Our Open API platform, includes several products such as the Online Booking tool, Agent Desktop, Mid Office, API Exchange, and Zenia. Role Description This is a hybrid role for an Implementation and Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with the implementation of our travel platform, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the technical team to resolve any problems. The specialist will also engage in communication with clients to gather feedback and improve the implementation process. Qualifications Fresh graduates (with relevant education or self-learned skills) or up to 2 years of similar experience Familiarity with similar SaaS tools, APIs, JSON, XML, etc. is a plus Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working independently Strong Communication Excellent problem-solving abilities Experience with travel platforms and technical support is a plus Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
