Responsibilities Pre-Sales Responsible for addressing product Queries and Enquiries, Product Support, Responsible for providing AV design solution with Company product portfolio to customer/ dealers , consultants and Internal Sales team. Conduct training for Internal & External teams for New product updates, product info etc. Delivering trainings on Products and Technology to the dealers/ Channel partners in the region Responsibilities Post-Sales Providing after sales support in terms on product info, troubleshooting product, onsite support, online support Liaising with the Service team to ensure faster response time and resolving of any open issues for the region. Reporting to – Product manager Requirements and Qualifications Should have minimum 2+ years’ experience in Audio visual Industry in Pre-Sales and Post sales support
