Manage key OEM & Tier 1/2 automotive accounts, drive upselling, and lead long-term contracts. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with R&D, logistics, and marketing teams. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to inform strategy. Job Specifications: 5-10 years of B2B sales in the chemical industry, ideally serving automotive clients. Experience from companies like BASF, LANXESS, Atul, Deepak Fertilizers, or similar. Strong technical knowledge of chemical formulations for automotive use. Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM (Salesforce) skills. Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engg, or Business; MBA preferred. Bonus: Familiarity with global regulations (REACH, TSCA) and close work with R&D/product teams.
