Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute store launch events and brand activations across key markets • Liaise with local media, influencers, and PR agencies to generate buzz and coverage • Ensure consistent and high-quality content is developed for store openings – including video, photography, and local storytelling • Coordinate with regional teams for on-ground event logistics, store branding, and guest experience • Build and manage relationships with journalists, lifestyle editors, influencers, and event partners • Work with the digital/social team to amplify PR and event moments across platforms • Monitor media coverage and prepare post-event PR reports and coverage clippings • Maintain a calendar of upcoming launches and ensure timely planning and execution • Ensure brand guidelines and tonality are adhered to across all store-level communication Preferred Skills: • Strong network of media and influencer contacts, especially in the lifestyle/fashion/luxury space • Proven ability to manage store or regional events with attention to detail and brandconsistency • Experience in managing agency partners, production vendors, and creative professionals • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal • Willingness to travel for store launches and events as required • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple launches in parallel
