We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founders and core leadership on fast-paced growth projects that span across functions—content, strategy, operations, brand, and community. As part of the Founder’s Office – Growth, you’ll bring a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong execution mindset. You’ll take ideas from zero to one—owning projects end to end with a bias for speed and results. ⸻ Why This Role is Special Direct mentorship from the founders and leadership team Opportunity to work on strategic and visible projects from Day 1 Exposure to the fast-moving environment of a scaling startup Encouragement to bring bold ideas and see them through execution Possibility of full-time conversion based on your performance ⸻ What You’ll Be Working On Collaborating with founders and leaders on high-impact projects Designing and executing growth and content campaigns from scratch Managing and growing Airtribe’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.  Running experiments, tracking performance, and translating insights into actions Working cross-functionally with the growth, content, and operations teams ⸻ What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills - both written and verbal A creative and curious mindset with the ability to think and execute independently Someone who is well-versed with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Midjourney, Lovable, etc.   Good understanding of digital audiences and platform behavior Comfort with ambiguity and solving open-ended, fast-moving problems Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Notion, LinkedIn, and Instagram Bonus: Prior experience building a side project, community, or brand
