Website: Role: Finance Specialist Role Overview: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our finance team at Flam. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience with TDS and GST compliance. This is a key role that will support our finance and operations function as we continue to scale. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Prepare and review GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, vendor/customer reconcilia on and aging analysis. Assist in monthly and annual financial closings Maintain financial documentation and records for audits and internal reviews Requirements: CA Freshers ( 2024 or 2025 Passouts ) Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and in a me-bound environment.
