Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Sourcing & Procurement Executive (Trainee) in our factory located in Jigani . This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn and grow in the field of procurement and vendor management. You will play a key role in identifying suppliers, negotiating costs, managing logistics, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential suppliers for various product categories. Develop and maintain a strong vendor network. Collect quotes, compare pricing, and negotiate to secure the best possible deals. Assist in the onboarding of new suppliers and vendors. Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements. Monitor vendor performance, pricing trends, and lead times. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations. Work towards cost reduction targets without compromising quality or timelines. Maintain procurement records and documentation. Support the procurement manager in day-to-day tasks and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
