This role is critical in building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing deals to drive business growth in Canada. Job type: Permanent Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients in need of branding, design, and digital marketing solutions in Canada. Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects. Understand client pain points and requirements, offering tailored solutions from Thoughtful's comprehensive service portfolio. Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to decision-makers and business owners. Negotiate terms and guide prospects through the sales cycle to successful closure. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and activity logs. Own the entire sales process, from lead identification and nurturing to pitching and converting, driving revenue growth for the agency. Work closely with the Operations Manager to align post-sales strategies and ensure exceptional client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships that support future sales opportunities. Maintain periodic communication with all engaged companies to keep Thoughtful top-of-mind for future projects and collaborations. Essential Skills: Exceptional English communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal to be effective on phone calls and emails. A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and close deals. Proven ability to build relationships with diverse business stakeholders from various industries. Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline or leads & prospects and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, design, and website design services is a plus. Proficiency to input, manage and update data in CRM tools like Zoho CRM. Having a track record of meeting and beating the monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
