Responsibilities: 1. Accounts Payable & Project Closures Monthly project closing of multiple divisions by the 10th of each month. Maintain detailed records of project-wise expenses and reconcile them with Tally. Prepare and reconcile monthly cash flows for multiple divisions with the central team. Perform daily bank reconciliation for all BU-specific bank accounts in Tally. Manage vendor payment approvals across all business units. 2. Taxation GST: Reconcile GST Books vs Returns for entities (Delhi & Mumbai) from XX to date. Ensure timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns. Resolve vendor GST queries in a timely and accurate manner. TDS : Ensure compliance and return filing for TDS. Handle TDS requirements for foreign payments. 3. Accounting & Compliance Close books monthly ensuring all statutory compliance details (vendor address, PAN, GST, bank, MSME info) are maintained in the Tally master. Monitor and track monthly project-wise provisions in Tally. Qualifications: • Minimum relevant experience of 7-8 years. • Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP. • Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reconciliation. • In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS compliance and return filing. • Project-wise accounting and reconciliation. • Experience in daily bank reconciliations. • Ability to manage vendor queries and payments effectively. • Proactive in managing monthly closures and statutory requirements. • Experience with cash flow management. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
