Job Title: Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Financial Reporting Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Job Description: Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with IRDAI regulations, including cash flow statements, public disclosures, solvency margin calculations, and other statutory reporting requirements mandated by the regulator. Ensure timely and accurate monthly Profit & Loss closing in coordination with internal finance teams, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal financial controls. Perform detailed variance analysis and conduct ledger scrutiny to identify discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and support informed financial decision-making. Serve as the primary liaison for statutory auditors during audits, managing audit schedules, providing required documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of audit queries and compliance matters. Qualifications: To excel in this position, you should possess: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of regulatory reporting and insurance industry financial practices.
