Job Title :: L3 Support Engineer (AS400) Location :: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid - 10 days in a month onsite) Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience Shift Timing :: Rotational shift or weekend working Top Skills/Must Have :: AS400 RPG and Cobol DB2 Root cause analysis, Debugging Job Description: Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application issues Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills High end reasoning and problem solving skills Application monitoring tools - Dynatrace, IBM monitoring and ability to read logs. Good understanding of AS400 operating system, RPG, Cobol, DB2, CL(Command Line); SQL skills. Should Have Skills: Application expertise: Experience in .Net, API, and Java development experience Understanding of networking concepts User training skills Knowledge management and ability to create reliable and clear SOP documents.
