We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Senior Relationship Manager - Affinity We will count on you to: Manage end-to-end renewals specifically related to portability and migration Handle complete client servicing, including onboarding, mid-term changes, and escalations Maintain and strengthen relationships with insurers – both private and PSU (government) insurers Coordinate data management, invoicing, and MIS reporting accurately and within defined timelines Act as a key point of contact for clients on retail health insurance-related matters Ensure operational efficiency and process compliance across all assigned accounts Data Management end to end for the portfolio What you need to have: Minimum 5 years of experience in health insurance, with hands-on exposure to portability/migration and retail segment Strong network and existing working relationships with insurers, including PSU and private companies. Proven ability to handle renewals independently, with a focus on client retention and experience Comfortable managing policy data, endorsements, and operational activities end-to-end Excellent Communication skills, Stakeholder management, and solutioning skills What makes you stand out?
