Job Description

Identify New Locations: Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify high-potential areas for new store openings. Analyze demographic, geographic, and competitor data to shortlist suitable locations. Site Evaluation & Acquisition: Collaborate with real estate teams or external agents to evaluate properties. Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements with property owners or developers. Expansion Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a store expansion roadmap in line with company goals. Work with cross-functional teams to align business development with brand positioning and growth targets. Liaison with Internal Teams: Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, legal, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of new store openings. Facilitate communication between departments to meet timelines and budgets. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all legal, statutory, and regulatory approvals are obtained for store openings. Work closely with local authorities, vendors, and consultants for required clearances. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Identify and engage vendors for store build-out and setup (interiors, signage, equipment). Monitor project progress and address delays or bottlenecks proactively. Budgeting & Cost Management: Prepare and manage budgets for new store development. Track expenses and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising on brand standards. Marketing & Launch Support: Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and launch campaigns. Support pre-opening and opening-day activities to drive footfall and awareness. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed reports on pipeline stores, status updates, and project completion. Present performance summaries and forecasts to senior management. Post-Opening Review: Conduct performance analysis of newly opened stores. Gather feedback and insights to refine future expansion strategies.
