She/he will support the manager in maintaining constraints of cost, time, scopeand quality of a project.This individual strivesto maintain the progress and mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure and maximizes benefits. This position will take ownershipof assigned projectsfrom the CORB stage until the order is commercially closed. A company cultureof promotions from within Key Responsibilities Updating the projectfinancials in ERP system and continuously monitoring Provide monthly reports to Manager 6 Customer on project progress Support PM in ProjectPlanning 6 Scheduling, Cost Control, Revenue Planning Support PM in Project ProgressReview Meetings with Team, Customer 6 Consultant Coordinates work of engineering, quality assurance, purchasing production, shipping and finance to implement fulfilment of contracts. Transmits drawings, data sheets, calculations, process procedures, test and progress reports and other exhibits as required by contract and follows up with customer for appropriate action — revising and resubmitting documents as required Support PM in ProjectReviews. Billing Plan Preparation 6 Approval with Customer. Project document deliverable monitoring. Billing Submission, Payment Receivables Management PostCommissioning Support to Customer Travel to customer/site, based on requirement of projects. Critical Competencies for Success Knowledge of ERP systems. Good Business communication. Interpersonal skills. MS Projects knowledge is desirable. Well verse in MS Office. BE (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Metallurgy Engineering) with 5 to 7 years post qualification experience. IFS/SAP system knowledge desired Ability to adhere to international business protocol (etiquette, time differences, etc.) Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20% of time. PMP Certified/To be certified in coming 1 year. Must possess good writing and communication skills. Dynamic, well spoken, Self-motivated and pro-active. Willing to learn fast and put into practice. Self-disciplined and respect to processes.
