We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality client experiences, and managing cross-functional teams at the store level. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional client-handling abilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and service delivery of Stores at Indore Airport. Ensure each store meets standards of excellence in cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and customer service. Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely and effective resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure consistent adherence to operational SOPs and brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Head and other functional teams (Community, Facilities, etc.) to drive performance. Implement initiatives for continuous improvement in operational efficiency and member satisfaction. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location and take corrective action where needed. Support budgeting, procurement, and vendor management as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 4 years of experience in multi-site operations, preferably in coworking, retail, hospitality, or similar industries. Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead diverse field teams. Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
