Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children. Day-to-day tasks include conducting speech therapy sessions, creating individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other therapists and educators, and maintaining detailed patient records. The Pathologist will also engage with parents and caregivers to educate them about their child's progress and strategies to support development at home. Qualifications Skills in assessing and treating Speech and Dysphagia Expertise in diagnosing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment BASLP or MASLP Licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience in pediatric therapy is a plus
