1. Analysis and Strategy o Analyze current processes and recommend improvements and better strategies. o Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends in wealth management. 2. Requirement Gathering o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities. o Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and process workflows. 3. IT System Development and Integration o Communication with the IT Team based on the Business document prepared for explaining business requirements related to wealth management platforms, including CRM Systems, Back Office, Portfolio Management Tools and Client Reporting Systems. Support the implementation of digital tools for financial planning and wealth advisory services. 4.
