We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer, based in Bangalore to support our Laundry Equipment (LE) and Kitchen Equipment (KE) business operations in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a proven track record in field sales, particularly in the hospitality sector. Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to existing and potential 4- and 5-star hotel clients as per a weekly planner approved by the reporting manager. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customers in the hospitality industry. Possess sound technical and commercial knowledge of LE & KE products and demonstrate strong command over the end-to-end sales process. Focus on driving business for spare parts , Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) , and consumables related to hotel projects. Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. Ensure achievement of annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the division. Qualifications Graduate in Engineering or Diploma holder (preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation). 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the hospitality equipment sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
