This role is ideal for someone with experience selling complex B2B SaaS and a passion for automation and enterprise digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in mid-to-large enterprises across industries. Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies tailored to procurement, finance, and HR pain points. Build deep relationships with C-level executives, procurement heads, CFOs, and CHROs. Client Engagement & Solutioning Understand client workflows and propose the most relevant AI use cases. Lead solution selling discussions and collaborate on custom PoCs with product and engineering. Present tailored demos and build strong business cases with measurable ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration With Product Manager: Share market feedback, help prioritize features based on client needs, and co-design solution roadmaps that align with GTM goals. With AI Tech Lead: Co-create client demos, align on technical feasibility, and ensure realistic timelines for PoCs. Pipeline & Forecasting Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation. Maintain accurate pipeline data and deliver reliable forecasts. Drive expansion deals and upsells post-implementation. Ideal Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS / AI / enterprise tech preferred). Proven success selling to procurement , finance , or HR functions in large organizations. Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, pain points, and digital transformation goals. Excellent communication and consultative selling skills. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and automation technologies is a plus.
