The Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing leader to drive growth in the US market — our largest and fastest-growing region. You’ll own and execute high-impact digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and inbound lead generation, working hand-in-hand with sales, content, and product marketing teams. This is not just another "set-it-and-forget-it" role. We're looking for a doer, a tinkerer, a strategic thinker with a performance mindset who’s ready to move fast and scale faster. What You’ll Be Doing ● Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, etc.) and unpaid (SEO, content marketing, etc.) channels. ● Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of content creators, campaign managers, and SEO specialists to deliver consistent brand and lead generation outcomes. ● SEO Ownership: Drive organic visibility through a data-driven SEO roadmap. Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure alignment with SEO best practices. ● Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that clearly articulate product value propositions to our B2B target audience. ● Analytics & Optimization: Analyze performance data to continuously improve conversion metrics, CAC, and overall marketing ROI.● US Market Focus: Design and tailor campaigns specifically for the US B2B landscape, ensuring messaging, channels, and tactics are localized and effective. ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Founders to align on growth goals and messaging consistency. ✅ What Makes You a Great Fit ● 8- 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on performance channels. ● Demonstrated success in managing both paid and organic marketing strategies. ● Deep understanding of SEO principles and content strategy. ● Experience in US B2B markets is a must. ● Proven leadership capabilities and ability to inspire and guide a team. ● Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using data to make informed decisions. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
