To learn more about us please visit: Experience Required: 15–16 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on drafting, executing, handling and negotiating commercial and strategic business development contracts in the power sector (mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and contractual documents including: Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Vendor and EPC contracts, Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Quotations (RFQs), Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Letters of Award (LOAs), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and other service agreements. Close collaboration with legal and cross-functional business teams, particularly in project development, procurement, operations, bidding and execution stages. Ensure legal risk mitigation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Support internal stakeholders in understanding contractual rights, obligations, and commercial implications. Ensuring compliances Key Requirements: Education : LL.B. from a reputed and recognized university in India (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory). Experience : 15–16 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on drafting, executing, handling and negotiating commercial and strategic business development contracts in the power sector (mandatory) A combination of in-house and law firm experience is an added advantage for the role. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements within a project-based business environment. Strong understanding of regulatory and legal framework governing power and energy projects in India. Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
