Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Coimbatore. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, lead management, marketing skills in EdTech related operations, visiting customers office premises for events and schedule management.
