Industry: Beauty & Personal Care Company: Birla Cosmetics Private Limited Brands: Lovetc, Contraband Location: Mumbai Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts At Birla Cosmetics , home to innovative brands like LOVETC and Contraband , we’re looking for a Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to partner with our CEO and leadership team in shaping the financial strategy of our growing business. Responsibilities: Drive Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial control aligned to growth goals. Be a Strategic Partner: Support product launches, pricing, and channel strategies with commercial insight. Ensure Compliance & Reporting: Own statutory audits, MIS, and regulatory adherence. Support Investor Engagement: Assist in investor decks, fundraising, and stakeholder communication. Lead the Team: Build and mentor a high-performing finance function. Ideal Candidate: A qualified CA with 5-10 years in corporate finance (FMCG or beauty/personal care preferred). A strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and experience in high-growth or startup environments. Strong in financial systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho Books), Excel, and financial modeling. Bonus: MBA from a Tier 1 institute and exposure to new-age brands preferred.
