We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Core Experience to lead the evolution of our most critical user surfaces – the home screen, in-app navigation, and lifecycle journeys. This role will focus on driving cross-product adoption, habit loops, and engagement, ensuring users not only discover value but keep coming back. If you’re passionate about solving high-impact problems, designing modular experiences, and building intelligent user flows that directly influence business metrics – this is for you. What you'll be responsible for Own the home screen and app navigation end-to-end, turning them into dynamic, personalized hubs that drive activation and adoption across Jupiter’s financial products. Lead the user lifecycle strategy, from onboarding to long-term retention, identifying moments that matter and stitching together the right nudges, surfaces, and value unlocks. Partner with data scientists to build ML-driven recommendation systems that surface next-best-actions, help users discover new products, and increase LTV. Define and track success through metrics like engagement, activation, retention, and product conversion rates. Collaborate with design, engineering, and other product teams to build modular, scalable flows that serve multiple business needs while maintaining UX excellence. Champion a problem-first mindset: align cross-functional teams on the biggest opportunities using data, research, and experimentation. Drive outcomes, not just features — you’re accountable for moving the needle, not shipping roadmaps. What we’re looking for 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech or growth-focused teams. Strong foundation in user journey mapping, funnel conversion analysis, and modular UX thinking. Experience building products that balance business goals with user habits and mental models. Ability to lead cross-functional squads, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders. Comfortable using data, experimentation, and machine learning signals to make decisions. Fintech experience is a plus, but not required — what matters is your ability to build and scale sticky consumer experiences. Nice to have Exposure to personal finance, commerce, or subscription-driven products. Background in user psychology, habit loops, or personalization.
