What We’re Looking For Prior experience in brand, content, and digital marketing roles A strong portfolio showcasing original campaigns and content Strong analytical and execution skills and understanding of digital performance metrics Excellent project management and interpersonal communication Self-starter with a creative mindset and a passion for storytelling Ability to review creative output and give actionable feedback to in-house designers based on design thinking principles Key Responsibilities Brand and Content Leadership Own and shape the brand voice and visual identity across all platforms Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both organic and paid channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Email, and WhatsApp Creation of engaging and relevant content—videos, articles, newsletters, social media posts, and microsites Work closely with stakeholders to deliver aligned messaging for wellness, culture, leadership, and product narratives Digital Growth and Social Media Management Manage performance marketing through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools Develop and implement follower growth strategies across key platforms Oversee online reputation management and ensure timely responses to messages, comments, and reviews Track digital trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to refine content and engagement strategies Performance Marketing and Acquisition Drive monthly user acquisition for digital properties such as the PINC Wealth Smallcase Microsite Scale traffic and conversions through SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing, and referral sources Monitor and report performance using tools like Google Analytics and social platform insights Website and Asset Management Write content and manage the design process for new websites Ensure all digital and offline marketing assets are brand-compliant and performance-optimized Project and Stakeholder Management Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Business, and Product for aligned communication Plan and execute internal and external events, webinars, and campaigns with clear KPIs
