Experience: 5+ years Work Location: Bangalore – Work from Office Notice Period: Only Immediate to 15 days Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled NetSuite ERP Consultant to lead or support end-to-end NetSuite implementations and enhancements. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional business teams to design, customize, and optimize the NetSuite platform, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, scripting, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.0) including user event scripts, scheduled scripts, RESTlets, client scripts, and custom workflows. Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (CRM, eCommerce, Payroll, etc.) using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), middleware tools, or custom connectors. Optimize workflows, saved searches, and dashboards to improve business processes and reporting. Configure and support NetSuite core modules such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM. Provide Tier 2/3 production support and training to end-users and internal teams; develop system documentation and user guides. Participate in system upgrade processes, including regression testing, validation, and change management. Manage data migration tasks including data imports, cleansing, and mapping. Develop custom reports and KPIs to support strategic and operational business needs. Ensure all solutions follow NetSuite best practices and meet compliance and audit standards (e.g., SOX, GAAP). Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementations and customizations. Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0). Experience with SuiteTalk and REST/SOAP APIs. Sound knowledge of NetSuite modules across Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and CRM. Experience in integrating NetSuite with external systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
