Position Overview: Meta Arch is seeking qualified and motivated Architects to join its core design team. The selected candidates will work across all stages of the design and execution lifecycle, including conceptual development, design detailing, coordination with consultants, client interfacing, and statutory approvals. The role requires a thorough understanding of BIM based workflows, design communication, and site coordination.  Key Responsibilities Design & BIM Documentation Develop architectural design concepts, schematic layouts, and space planning options in accordance with project briefs Build and manage comprehensive BIM models using Graphisoft Archicad, including 2D documentation, 3D visualizations, and schedules Prepare working drawings, GFC sets, detail drawings, and construction documents with high precision and coordination Assist in developing interior layouts, joinery details, and finishes in coordination with the interior design team Maintain standardized BIM libraries, attributes, and office templates to ensure consistency across projects Consultant & Team Coordination Coordinate architectural drawings with inputs from structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants Manage internal project workflows, clash coordination, and drawing review cycles Support senior architects in reviewing consultant deliverables and integrating them into the model Participate in internal design reviews and interdisciplinary meetings Client Communication & Design Presentation Support or lead design presentations to clients, incorporating feedback constructively into revisions Develop project reports, concept decks, and submission packages in line with brand standards Communicate design intent clearly through visual and verbal means, ensuring alignment with client expectations Statutory Liaisoning & Compliance Prepare and submit drawings to local municipal authorities (e.g., PMC, BMC, PCMC, CIDCO etc.) for project approvals Coordinate for plinth checking, built-up area statements, FSI calculations, and occupation/completion certificate requirements Ensure that drawings and documents conform to relevant development control regulations (UDCPR/DCPR) and building codes Liaise with local officers or external liaison consultants as required during the approval process Site Coordination Conduct periodic site visits to review execution quality and adherence to design Provide clarification on drawings and resolve design-related site queries (RFIs) Coordinate with site engineers, PMC teams, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation Assist in preparing as-built documentation if required Qualifications & Skills Education & Registration Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed university Master’s degree (M.Arch) is advantageous Council of Architecture (COA) registration is mandatory Experience 1 to 5 years of post registration professional experience in architectural design and execution Proven experience in handling mid scale to large projects in any of the following sectors: institutional, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial Software Proficiency Archicad or Revit or similar BIM plaform's Advanced working knowledge is essential BIM Execution Level expected LOD 300–350 Familiarity with Twinmotion / Enscape / Lumion for visualisation is a plus Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and PDF markup tools Soft Skills Excellent design communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet project deadlines Team oriented mindset with strong interpersonal communication Initiative to take ownership of project responsibilities Work Location Pune Office: 109 - 110, Pride Silicon Plaza, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune 411016 Mumbai Office: 805, The Capital, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400051 Compensation Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Performance based increments and project bonuses where applicable Application Process Interested candidates are requested to email the following to   Updated resume (PDF format) Portfolio of works (PDF or portfolio link) Subject line: Application  Architect  (Mumbai / Pune)  (Your Name) Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews and design assignments.
