Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts & Compliance Manager located in Mumbai. The Accounts & Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily management and reporting of accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing corporate governance, and providing strategic financial advice. Other duties include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and liaising with government bodies in matters of compliance. Qualifications Expertise in Accounting and Taxation (both direct and indirect) Experience in Corporate Laws and Compliance Strong analytical and strategic financial management skills Effective communication and team management skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CA is preferred
