For more info, visit our website: Job Title: Executive – Manufacturing Location: Ambasamudram Job Purpose To efficiently manage spinning and twisting processes during the shift to ensure safe, sustainable, and productive operations. The role requires meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as utilization, efficiency, waste, OHK, grams/spindle, and energy consumption. This position emphasizes the optimal use of manpower, machinery, and energy, while ensuring adherence to SOPs, especially in handling Aramid and PP segment fibers and blends. Key Result Areas Ensure compliance with Health & Safety metrics (leading & lagging indicators, TaRA, MOC, MSA). Maintain 6S score for the assigned zone. Drive sustainability goals – energy consumption (KWh/kg) and waste reduction (%). Monitor and reduce customer complaints per 100 order lines (TUC). Achieve shift production as per plan. Meet and improve targets for utilization, efficiency, waste, OHK, grams/spindle, and energy consumption. Deliver productivity improvement projects (LSS, Kaizens, OPLs). Control attrition and absenteeism through engagement and morale-building initiatives. Lead employee engagement and motivation activities during shifts.
