Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Department: Fasteners Division Salary :- Upto -12 LPA Experience Required: 5–15 years in self-drilling screw or fastener manufacturing Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end ownership of the production process from wire rod to final packed screw • Manage and optimize operations in: • Heading (Header Machine Operation) • Pointing (Pointer Setup and Precision Control) • Thread Rolling (Roller Die Adjustments, Output Control) • Heat Treatment (Furnace Settings, Hardness & Core Toughness) • Surface Coating (Zinc plating, Ruspert, etc.) • Maintain production efficiency, quality control, and machine uptime • Coordinate with quality assurance for in-process and final inspection • Plan manpower, shift allocation, preventive maintenance schedules • Ensure timely production and dispatch of self-drilling screws • Handle troubleshooting, machine settings, die changes, and tooling • Maintain 5S, ISO, and safety standards across the shop floor • Keep detailed production reports, rejection analysis, and yield data Key Requirements: • Proven experience in self-drilling screw production, preferably in companies like HP Landmark, Uni Global, Crab Screws, Skylite, etc. • Strong knowledge of Header and Pointer machine setup and operation • Hands-on understanding of raw material selection, core hardness, and tip sharpness • Ability to lead a team of machine operators and helpers • Exposure to PPAP, ISO, or IATF-certified production setups is preferred • Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills
