What You’ll Do Design and develop systems that serve ad recommendations to over 300 million users Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning systems and pipelines for data processing, feature extraction, model training, and deployment Develop highly scalable feature pipelines aimed at ad prediction systems, which associate ads with users according to relevance, while maximizing revenue for ShareChat Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability and performance Build monitoring dashboards to keep a check on healthy functioning of critical services and jobs responsible for powering suggestions across different real estates on the application Enhance team’s productivity and efficiency by contributing to modular code development, tools, libraries and easy to follow technical documents Collaborate with other teams to build tools and platforms to enhance ML engineering productivity Partner with peers and work in an environment that support your growth Who are you? 2-4 years of experience in a consumer facing large scale application Strong CS fundamentals with a track record of writing production-quality code in a modern high-level programming language Excellent coding skills in at least one of Go, Python, NodeJS, C/C++, Java, Scale Experience in automated software testing Experience using cloud-based open source tools in Linux/Unix environments (GCP is a plus) Strong communication skills Experience with distributed systems, scalable data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark,Kafka) and noSQL systems (e.g., HBase, Cassandra) are a plus Experience in AI/ML and distributed systems is a plus Where will you be?
