Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor at Career Planning and Learning Center located in Andheri East, Mumbai. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting student counseling sessions, providing information about courses, assisting with admissions processes, and ensuring excellent customer service for prospective students. Qualifications Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Customer Service and Sales skills Educational background or experience in the education sector Ability to build rapport with students and parents Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of MBA entrance exams and undergraduate competitive exams Experience in student counseling or admissions processes is a plus Communication in English is mandatory Freshers may also apply.
