Role Overview We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Manager with hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and platform-specific ecosystems like Swiggy and Zomato . This is not a monitoring or outsourced coordination role - you will be executing directly, optimizing budgets, and driving real business outcomes through data-led strategies. What You’ll Work On Build and execute full-funnel media plans based on campaign goals (awareness, product push, reservations, or online sales) Define audience targeting strategies, including segmentation, interest groups, location-based targeting, and lookalike audiences Manage ad campaigns end-to-end, including creative briefing, copy and asset checks, launch, and daily monitoring Maintain proper budget pacing and adjust bid strategies (manual or automated) for optimal ROI A/B test creative formats, ad copies, and placements to drive improvements Analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPV, and event-based conversions Optimize live campaigns based on real-time data and campaign objectives Deliver weekly and monthly ad performance reports, including visual dashboards and insights Create post-campaign learning decks summarizing outcomes, learnings, and next steps Who You Are Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media execution across Meta, Google, and/or F&B platforms like Swiggy & Zomato Proven track record of delivering measurable results through performance marketing Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of advertising metrics and performance levers Comfortable with creative evaluation, campaign optimization, and strategy recommendations Experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, content, strategy) to drive campaign success Why Work With Us Manage high-impact campaigns across some of the most dynamic brands in the F&B and lifestyle space Have full ownership of paid media - from strategy to execution to reporting Be part of a team that values data-driven thinking and creative performance alike Grow in a fast-paced, design-forward, and performance-focused environment To apply, please share your resume along with 2–3 campaign summaries highlighting performance impact and key metrics on
